Deep Encounter with Anya Röttgerkamp I May. 02-05, 2023 @ Tour à Plomb

Du 05 au 05 Mai, ISAC a accueilli l’artiste et fasciathérapeute Anya Röttgerkamp pour une masterclasse autour du mouvement interne qui procure une force de stabilité, de globalité et d'endurance invitant à être le plus efficace possible.

Grâce à un travail introspectif, permettant d'entrer en contact avec soi-même et avec l'"ici et maintenant", les étudiantexs ont travaillé sur différents états d'observation, en maintenant à la fois une attention panoramique et une attention focalisée. Les étudiantes ont exploré comment laisser les choses se produire, se transformer et bouger sans avoir besoin de volonté pour être en mouvement. A surfer sur le rythme de l'instant avec ses différentes temporalités et états d'être.

From February 06 to 10, ISAC welcomed artist and fasciatherapist Anya Röttgerkamp for a masterclass on internal movement, which provides a force of stability, globality and endurance, inviting us to be as efficient as possible.
